My wife and I had an exceptional experience working with Brian Steele in helping us sell our Hoboken Condo.  We were working under a very short timeframe as we were in contract on a new house before we listed our unit.  This was during Summer 2006 when the Hoboken real estate market was cooling off quickly.  Brian gave us a very realistic assessment of market conditions which helped us price the unit appropriately.  He was very proactive in marketing the unit both through an open house as well as with brochures, and had a very pleasant and effective demeanor in keeping us apprised of developments.  As a result, within about a week of listing the unit we had multiple offers.  We ended up closing within 60 days of listing and got above our asking price. We could not have asked for our condo sale to go any smoother and better than it did, and we give Brian most of the credit for that.
We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a top-notch real estate broker who is a pleasure to deal with.
